Leadership Development

The Teen Leadership Team empowers youth to develop leadership skills, hone their professional skills and to work synergistally with their peers as they set goals for the group. Students who choose to become Leadership Team members will have the opportunity to plan and implement service learning and fund raising projects that will positively impact not only the Teen Center, but the community as a whole.
